On Sunday the 27th of October, a dedicated group of runners took to the streets for the Dublin City Marathon, pushing their limits not just for the thrill of the race but to make a real difference. Through their incredible efforts, these runners raised significant funds for St. James’s Hospital, helping to support essential services, cutting-edge medical treatments, and patient care initiatives.
