We strive for excellence in all things, and when we do so we lift and empower each other and our donors. Those we serve deserve our best. Through the lens of integrity, excellence is doing things with due consideration to both our intent and impact and working to close the gap between them.
We will work hard and understand that we are responsible to accomplish our tasks, on-time, with quality. We know that our donors, each other, and hospital depend on us doing what is expected and right. We will do what it takes to honour our commitments, even when it is uncomfortable or hard
We commit to working to provide each other, the hospital and you our supporters the full and honest account of what is happening. We will give necessary information, and context essential to ensuring an informed and equitable decision-making process. We will have no ego.
When we recognise the humanity in all people and treat each other in that manner we all achieve. We recognise that the donor and patient stories that are shared with us are privileged and we will treat them as if they are our own. We will approach all situations and work with a level of care, consideration, and kindness.
